UV Sanitation and
UVC Disinfection Services
Now more than ever proper sanitization is vital for businesses. For months businesses have had to chemically sanitize surfaces, which exposes the people in the space to the chemicals, as well as damages the surfaces adding additional costs to your business. UV Sanitize provides an effective, safe, chemical free way to sanitize spaces giving you the confidence that your space is properly sanitized without causing the damage that chemicals do.
If your business has shared surfaces, high touch points then UV Sanitize is a service that will give you the confidence that your space is sanitized properly. Here is a list of businesses that are using UV sanitization to protect their space:
What are the Benefits of UV Sanitize?
It is a chemical free process which will not impact people with breathing issues
There is no chemical damage to surfaces, providing cost savings from replacing chemically damaged surfaces.
It can breakdown toxic chemical contaminants from cleaning and disinfect.
There is no transportation or storage of toxic chemicals

What is UV-C?
Ultraviolet (UV) light is the non-visible part of sunlight and is classified into three spectra according to their wavelengths: UV-A (315-400nm), UV-B (280-315nm), and UV-C (200-280nm). UV-C spectrum is highly effective as a sanitizer against bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus and dust mites. UV-C light is safe for humans when properly handled by professionals.
How does it work?
When bacteria or viruses are exposed to UV-C light, the light penetrates and damages the DNA, RNA and cell proteins.
By destroying the DNA or RNA the organism is unable to replicate, and by damaging its proteins, the cell walls rupture and destroy the organism. This stops any further spread with 99.9% success rate.
Multiple studies have shown that the most germicidal wavelength is 254nm. UV Sanitize Inc operates at 253.7nm to deliver the most effective disinfecting.

Ultraviolet (UV) light, is invisible to the human eye, that exists on the electromagnetic spectrum between X-rays and visible light. We are exposed to low levels of UV light from the sun’s rays every day, although much of the UV energy is absorbed by the ozone layer.
UVC wavelengths are between 200 and 300 nanometers, making them germicidal – meaning they are capable of inactivating microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses and protozoa. This quality makes UVC energy an effective, environmentally-friendly and chemical-free way to prevent microorganisms from replicating in any environment.
The high energy from short wavelength UVC light is absorbed in the cellular RNA and DNA, damaging nucleic acid and preventing microorganisms from infecting and reproducing. The absorption of UVC energy forms new bonds between nucleotides, creating double bonds or “dimers.” Dimerization of molecules, particularly thymine, is the most common type of damage incurred by UVC light in microorganisms. Formation of thymine dimers in the DNA of bacteria and viruses prevents replication and ability to infect.
There are three UV light wavelength types: UVA, UVB and UVC. UV Sanitize Inc UVC lamps operate at the most germicidal wavelength. UVC utilizes short-wavelength ultraviolet radiation (shorter than UVB and UVA, which are NOT germicidal) that is harmful to microorganisms.
Broad spectrum UV disinfection often claims to be more effective than short wavelength UVC, but ultimately wastes a considerable amount of energy with no documented increase in effectiveness – only short wavelength UVC produces the amount of energy necessary to kill microorganisms.
Multiple studies, done all around the world, have shown that the most germicidal wavelength is 254 nanometers, and UVC light also damages microorganisms at wavelength between 180 and 400 nanometers. UV Sanitize Inc are collaborated to operate at 253.9 nanometers, delivering the most effective disinfecting.
UV Sanitize Inc eco-friendly solid-state mercury UVC lamps provide the most efficient delivery of UVC light energy. Because the UVC lamps have effectiveness range, we calculate and provide the needed number of lamps for the area. Our UVC lamps safely and effectively disinfect without the risk of human error.
The cycle time varies as it is adjusted to deliver a consistent disinfection outcome. The room variable affecting the cycle time are room size, shape, wall color (reflectivity) and the position of equipment in the room. The average total cycle time is between 20-30 minutes. Bathrooms typically require 15-20 minutes.
The area may be occupied immediately after the completion of sanitizing cycle.
Due to certain health-related concerns and effects of UVC lights on people, pets, and plants, we would like to kindly ask you to remove any aforementioned living beings from the premises before our crew begins the sanitation procedure. If certain things cannot be removed from the area, we will apply UVC shielding which will block out all ultraviolet rays from reaching within, protecting certain items from the effects of our light sources.
